WTLL Fall ball Registration is BACK ONLINE!!!

We were very successful with last years software when it came to communication with our members but it did not offer much in the way of scheduling our games and post season tournaments, etc...

New software from a new Vendor will not only allow us to communicate as before but we will be able to schedule our season and tournament games, it will help us with snack bar scheduling, and what was really appealing (and the managers and team parents will appreciate this) is that it provides automatic notification before all games to each individual family and can also do the same for practices and team events.

Please note that we do have to go through some changes and we all know that sometimes it can be painful to make changes. We will do my best to make this a smooth transition. We will start with Fall Ball Registration to test drive the software and by the time we get moving forward with Spring 2011 registration we should have a handle on it. The software does not have a dashboard that you automatically go to (like last years) but it will offer the same features with a log in to a secure server, this may be better as it will protect our personal info better, so there is a 1 time sign in process.
